The Lamprechtsofen cave is easy to reach and the perfect place to begin. Surefootedness and moderate agility is needed, but - equipped with helmet, headlamp and a safety belt - the narrow crevices as well as the climbs are easy to achieve.

Requirements:
Average fitness and agility. No claustrophobia.

From 12 years.

Other:
The length of the tour will depend on conditions. In colder months the water levels are lower meaning the tour can go deeper into the caves.

Learning archery is really quite simple. Outdoors we shoot at targets - with a range of 8 - 15 metres. After about an hour, the archers can begin hunting on the course…

Whilst the technique is easily learned by beginners under the instruction of our guide it will take a bit of time and a lot of practice before you can just aim on instinct.

Good agility and dexterity, no fear of heights. Objective: To learn the basic rock climbing techniques, simple safety aspects with a roped partner,how to behave on the rocks, abseiling.

The grassy mountains in the Pinzgau are steep but at the same time gently rolling. That gives bikers the chance to get used to the mountains and their ascents.

Being the fastest and reaching the highest peaks is of only minimal importance. You are learning to feel the demands of the sport and the secret of active relaxation - you are gathering power reserves and getting fit for your day-to-day life.

OutdoorChallenge

Outdoor- "The Original"
Outdoor-

Team of 5 - 7 people, a road book, an ordnance survey map for full directions and a briefing: the teams have to work out the route on their own and head for the various checkpoints. Flying Fox, abseiling and archery are the cornerstones of this challenge.

Once you've made it through the finishing line, then you can celebrate as long as you like in a traditional alpine hut or an Indian tepee…

Approx 4 - 6 hours with breaks

The length of the tour will made arranged to suit the group. Add a bit of biking or canoeing and rafting to add extra pfiff.

Paragliding

Fly! Enjoy the landscape from above, feel the weightlessness while your pilot cares for your safety.

As a passenger with tandem paragliding you don't have to do anything - just bring good health with you and be prepared for some acrobatics - if you wish.

Duration:
ca. 1 1/2 hrs., Flight time 15 - 30 minutes in good conditions
Requirements:
Good general health. Weight between 30 and 120 kg.
Age:
from ca. 14 yrs
Dates:
All year round, in favourable weather conditions.
Other:
Comprehensive training and theory by your paraglider pilot. (Panoramafotos on request)
Leistungen:

Panorama-flight with instructions, height difference ca. 850 meters; costs for uphill-transport with the gondola has to be paid at the station. Pictures of the flight on inquiry.
