Barbara Rauscher
Since 2005 Barbara is the girl for (nearly) everything. Top on the boat, always funny and helpfully. Normally she is the one to mary, but - sad for all men: she is already in good hands...

Trained carpenter and heartbreaker, ski instructor, rafting guide since 2003, all round sporting talent, particularly talented at "karaoke" - he might be a singer yet...!

The baby in our team - not because he is the youngest but he is the latest addition. First experiences with us in 2004 and since 2005 an important figure.

Coming right back from the examination for the boat guide but is very experienced in wild water. Uses every free minute with the rodeo boat, which could have more room.
Last winter he made the girls crazy at skiing..

Arnie Landauer
Could also be a body builder. He likes to show off his muscles - out and about in a T-shirt whatever the weather. Girls love him. He's also boss of the repairs department. In that respect, we hope that he doesn't have much to do this year.
Rudi Reinold
Was a cornerstone in Motion for a long time. Unfortunately he has changed his job and is now an official bike collector. Anything to do with muscle powered motion on two wheels, then just call him. Quite recently discovered a love of archery.

The flying waiter of Lofer- his classes are just as fast as he is in the Bistro, a cosy little place for dinner.
He is one of the oldest motion guides and has an outstanding dry humour and charm. Specialist in canyoning..

Bavarian farmer's whirlwind. As a trained nurse, she knows how to get her own way and is one of our most reliable people when the Motion Centre is buzzing..

Patrice Kaiser
Student of French descent. His combination of charm makes him a winner particularly with the ladies. Papa taught him how to canoe and that helps him wind down after the daily stress of being a student (partying). He is with us in the centre from July.
Andi Millinger
He is working his way up in the Motion team. He spends the whole year doing sport and is particularly at home in the mountains. At the moment he is preparing for training as a mountain guider.
