Climbing for beginners
The “Zahme” and the “Weiße Gams” are two well-known via ferrata in the mountaineering village of Weißbach. From the edge of the crag “Die Platte”, the steel rope leads upwards along rock ledges and cracks – ideal for getting to grips with climbing. Every participant is equipped with a via ferrata set, helmet and climbing harness. The mountain guide prepares the climbers with detailed instruction at the foot of the rock face. Children can also join in if they are tall enough.
On the second via ferrata, “Weiße Gams”, the level of difficulty rises, and strength and fitness are particularly important.
